This is a new renovation. Brand new range and plumbing fixtures, black granite countertop in kitchen, whirlpool tub, fireplace, cathedral ceiling (17 feet high). Hardwood floor - actually southern yellow pine, freshly refinished.
And there is a new WASHER/DRYER in there too. How easy is that?

PETS OK! There is a Pet Safe brand Electric fence on property - it's a 1 acre loop which encompasses the year-round brook that runs alongside the apartment.

GROUND FLOOR, easy load in, private entrance (36" wide door) and separate door to rear yard. Plenty of parking, room for barbeques by the stream, approx 800 square feet.
